"I have watched Ben grow into an amazing teacher. This stems from the fact that first and foremost he is an amazing person; but also from his unquenchable thirst to be more, be better, and learn more. Many people journey through life pretending to be something they are not. And many people seek yoga to make themselves better; some truly make yoga better! Ben is one of those people; a true teacher, someone with integrity and self knowledge. If you are lucky enough to be able to attend his classes, take advantage and experience a truly moving yoga practice."

"No matter what the day has brought, Jules always brings a smile to my face. Not only does she seem to know exactly what poses my body is craving, but her quirky sense of humor always brings laughter to each class. She is a fantastic teacher with the ability to recognize each students' individual needs.....and a breath of fresh air."

I really love this place. I just started getting into yoga, but I think I found a place that is just right for me. Ben (and all the teachers) really work hard and it shows. The place is neat and clean. They are very understanding and work to make the student comfortable. I've been going to the intro classes, and I have to say that I can feel myself getting more flexible and it is really helping me out. Don't be scared to try this place if you have never done yoga, because they make it easy. The staff is A+ this place really is a great jem!

Are We Being Honest?

How often do you lie?  That’s quite a lead in, I know.  Think about it.  Maybe we feel more comfortable with calling them half-truths?  So how often do you speak half of the truth?  Have you stopped to think about why you do this? What makes me ask is a…
